My name is Cary and I would like to introduce you to my mum, Jenifer, Aunty Jean and The Guest Chef from the Deep South …. this used to be my introduction when I welcomed up to 18 guests to enjoy a 5-8 course meal that we prepared and served in our special room at the back of the Memorial Hall in Blyth. All guests would arrive at 7 and they usually start to leave after 10:30pm so our Bistro meals were to be savoured and enjoyed.
As a direct consequence of Covid-19 I had to stop these wonderful evenings however I am pleased to say that I am still able to cook them for you …. the only difference being that I now deliver them to you rather than you coming to me. They are themed and are my interpretation based on travels and experiences I have shared with the Guest Chef from the Deep South.
Everything is cooked freshly for you, packaged in eco friendly containers and delivered to you for your enjoyment . Whilst, when possible, I can cater for most dietary requirements your Bistro meal will always be a specially created surprise …. opening it really is like unwrapping a stocking on Christmas morning. Your meal comes with a menu and full cooking / reheating instructions and is designed to be enjoyed within 2 days of delivery.
I have set dates for my Bistro Nights throughout the year but I also make these meals on request …. so if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or just want to enjoy a special meal in the comfort of your home why not get in touch and ask me to cook for you.
